At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item. Shipping rates depending on the destination of your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically calculate during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as USPS Express, USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx.) Please note that expedited shipping methods are only available for in-stock items that do not require ring sizing or personalization. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 11:00 a.m. ET or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
We ship all our items internationally everywhere except for high risk countries such as Laos, Indonesia, Nigeria , etc. International orders are subject to higher shipping rates and handling fees as well as customs and import duties. Customers are responsible for all the fees associated with international shipping. We urge that our international customers contact their local customs office to make sure they can receive our items and know the fees associated with shipping.
Our jewelry is carefully packaged to prevent any shipping damage. We can provide a jewelry box, a gift card, and gift wrapping on request. Please call us to arrange that, or any other special packaging. We encourage you to retain the original packaging in case you need to return the item(s).
30 Days Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days (of the date your order was shipped from our shipping center) for a refund, or within 45 days for an exchange.
- The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Code must accompany the returned item.
- We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
- Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
- Special orders and engraved items are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
- Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15-25% of the sales price depending on the item, exclusive of shipping, handling and insurance charges. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee.
- If you refuse delivery of your order, the returned package will be processed as a normal return and you will be assessed the appropriate restocking fee. You will also be responsible for all return shipping charges and fees.
